I can't remember the site, but there is somewhere you can go and enter a celebrity name and they do a mock up newspaper article, claiming the celebrity has been killed, there are a number of ways you can 'choose' one of them is a car accident. The idea is you then send it to a friend and it appears like a real newspaper article.
Not so long ago someone was asking if it was true Eminem had been killed in a plane crash, this was from the site I mentioned here. There's nothing on the news about Rowan's untimely passing and since I live in the area he's from it would have been all over the place if it was legitimate.

I don't know about him expiring in an accident, but he did crash his sports car in 1999 but walked away from the accident unhurt.

A net search does not show expiration. It does say he has a penchant for fast cars though.

nope! actually, i neva heard of such news so if there's no buzz bout it in their media or in da net, i guess he's still happily alive.. where do all this rumours come from aniwae? to date, there's a lot of celebrities dat's been reported 'dead' then it turns out to be juz false rumours and whatnot but i guess its juz publicity yeh...
