Well, historically speaking (from reading His Operating Manual), you make a nice burnt offering of your first-born son on a mountaintop at dawn, followed by much head-banging against a rock, then rolling in the dirt and self denial for the following ten to twelve years while sitting atop an Anatolian flagpole, waving copies of holy Books and ignoring personal grooming and singing infantile ditties in a cracked and off-key voice along with many others just like you.
Or you can go rot in a cave somewhere.
If you do this, the Good Book says, and give the priests all your money (the priests tell us), God will love you to death, and when your corpus is feeding worms and carpet beetles , your mouldering remains will be made real happy in an invisible place that no one has ever returned from ... but of course, you won't be able to tell anyone.

By being a happy person yourself by helping others and by being genuinely polite. You don't have to do very much at all just be happy.....

How to make God happy; its not as hard as it seems. He wants his children to talk to him when they need him, he wants to be part of our lives and help us, guide us to where need to be in our place of life. All Jesus wants is communication with you! He understands that we aren't perfect and that we'll sin but he just wants us to talk to him, be one with him,to remind us never to forget him b/c he will ALWAYS be there for us. Jesus wants us to be happy, being apart of our lives, and making things better and brighter but he can't do that if we don't accept him into our lives.

It is much more likely that He wishes to share His happiness with you.
