I watched BBC news last night, live from Paris where hundred's of the leading scientist, put all the global warning down to a man!
Come on BBC let's name and shame him, Prison's to good for him! - Should the BBC keep this man's identity a secret?

:-)

thanks for making me laugh!
and if it were just down to one man which we know it is not then sending him into orbit on an ICBM aimed directly at the sun would still be too good for him!
and no if the BBC know the guys identity it should be made public.

could it be the boses of all those companies like shell, exxon etc that are drilling for and providing all the fossil fules that we use every day?
and is it not time that local governments took the lead on this issus and installed renewable nergy sources in the homes they own and manage, as it is often the sick and the vulnerable as well as the elderly who if renewable energy were available in there homes would be able to afford the winter heating bill for example.

for a joke question the subject is serious and we should all be doing more (if the scientists are right) to halt or at least minimize the effects of global warming. but remeber way back in the seventies and eighties when it was said we were heading for another ice age. what has changed?
is this just part of the natural life cycle of the earth?
no one knows for sure it in my opinion is al speculation based on the data that is known since records began being kept.
ok some research has been done looking back in to ice cors for example. but what does that really tell us that is relevant to today. nothing. it is pure speculation.

just my opinion. based on not being a sheep (not believing everything i am told or that is reported) and using my brain to analyze the information in the public domain.

Yuppers. Man is to blame for much of the global warming. But, as usual, we sit on our butts untill the ocean starts boiling...then we start trying to solve the problme. By then, its too late.

Looking at the way adults act, you have to wonder who has more sense: The kids or the adults?

Aren't we all just like little children when we are in trouble. Just wont accept the blame for our own doings. Time to face the music guys, the hippies have been saying it for years and we could have done something about it long ago. We have and are still trashing this planet!

Global warming is not down to man. It is down successive governments ignoring environmentalist out of sheer greed and profiteering. They refuse to curb the motor car continue to keep open supermarkets on Sundays, extend bub opening times, build casinos, and make massive profits from petrol consumtion. It is not you or I to blamr but our leaders!

Try to think about:
Since more then 100years humans are burning mega-trillions of mega-jouls to heat up anything. Heat exchange with the univers is not possible, means all the produced heat stays in our atmosphaere. Does it warm up or not, over time? Does it make sense, even for dummis, or not??

The cause of global warming is solar cycles. It has happened before and it will happen again. There is nothing we can do to keep it from happening. If you have to blame one man, I'm a yank, I can take it, blame it on Bush they blame him for everything else.
