You will have to make your question clearer. Nitrogen (78.01% v/v of the atmosphere does not burn in oxygen (20.93% v/v). Fortunately. Flammable gases like hydrogen, methane and carbon monoxide are either absent or present in very small quantities, so they don't burn either, well at least not so as you would notice. passing a mixture of steam and air through hot carbon will produce carbon monoxide and hydrogen along with nitrogen and perhaps a little methane and a lot of carbon dioxide. This is called water gas and has been used as a fuel.

umm, i dont think you can just say atmospere gas cause there are a lot of gases in the atmosphere eg. ozygen,ozone,nitrogen,neon and others. Which one do you mean???

burning gas can conver in atmosphere gas.
atmosphere gas cannot conver in burning gas.
