Why all Indian intelligent students are going or like to work for other country?

Not only Indians, also other third world countries like the Philippines, Indonesia, etc.
Probably, besides from the money and the incentives, patriotism plays a big factor. Though they know that they can contribute much to the development of their country, they probably feel that its useless to work in a country with low wage, corrupt officials and poor lifestyle. Thus, what drives them is the personal gain not for the common good. Or probably the reason why they work abroad is that they would like to educate themselves - techniques, trainings, ideas, etc., from the foreign people then go back to their homecountry and apply it to themselves.

Dear Friend,not all intelligent students are going abroad and at the same time not all the people who are going are intelligent.It all depends the perception.
There are many bright students who studied here and working in India without going abroad.The question you have asked is based on the media projection.There was time when people were going abroad to earn more.Things have changed now and many people are coming back India also.
