Earth is a planet itself and planets exists in solar system so to 'host' planets, it has to be a solar system. Hence there's no planets within Earth because it is not a solar system.

It's like...in our bodies, our organs are made up of tissues which are then made up by cells. The earth is like a cell and you would say there's still organelles inside the cell, but the organelles of earth is the plants, animals and us! So, ya... you know?
