Ignore that **** above, just a frustrated Daily Mail reader! As I understand it, if your appeal is disallowed, then any prior decision made by the DWP will stand. I would suggest that you take any corres you have down to them and get them to explain, or visit the local Citizens' Advice Bureau. You could also ask them why the appeal was disallowed. Good luck!

If they reduced you benefits they did so for a reason. You have the right to appeal but it will be a losing cause. Just be thankful you have any benefits at all.Take the reduced benefit & make something of your life so no one has to support you but you.
