What does that mean "he won't listen"? Are you interested in him at all or giving mixed signals, or is he just being ridiculously persistent?

Either way, I can tell you this: don't go out with him. It's just asking for trouble for all involved. The severity depends on your sister and the nature of their relationship and break-up. But past experience tells me nothing good can come of it. There's other men besides your sisters ex.

How would you feel if you were with one who dumped you and then asked your family member out?

If you accept his offer, you may be playing into his game of making her jealous. You will defnitely hurt her alot. And you will be disrespecting yourself the most, because no person with an ounce of good moral sense would agree.

Keep rejecting him, dont take his calls and be rude enough so that this jerk gets the message. Tell him: I choose my family over a sore loser any day.

There are lots of guys out there in this world. You only have one sister.

tell him 2 leave u alone cuz u would never do that 2 ur sister. hang up on him if he won't leave u alone. what matters is that u wouldn't betray ur sister and that makes u a good person.
