Muslims must fight the unbelievers who oppose them. Muslims are to obey the Islamic rules of war. They must kill the unbelievers wherever they find them. They are to drive them out of the lands they took from the Muslims. Enduring trouble and oppression from the unbelievers is worse than the Muslim’s act of the all out slaughter of the unbelievers (2:190-191).

Oh, the question must be, "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON IN THIS COUNTRY?"
As I see it, here's what: The Democrats, who have been bitching non-stop since at least 1994, have finally won back some of the power they used to have, but they no longer have the self-confidence to know what to do with it, so they're STILL bitching.
The reason for their angst is that they know very well that if they wield the power they have in furtherance of their real objectives, they will be exposing to the American people the truth about themselves, which their leaders know instinctively, and correctly, would be the kiss of death at the polls in 2008.
Sometimes I wonder if the old bargain that Republicans used to offer to make with the Democrats from time to time beginning in about the 1880s, to the effect that if the Democrats would promise not to lie about the Republicans, the Republicans would promise not to tell the truth about the Democrats, would be a bargain worth making today. Then I come to my senses. Naaaaahhh! Scroom. Let the games begin.

Democrats wouldn't have a priest at their convention. The believe that the first amendment prohibits a priest from participating. Secondly, your example shows the violent nature of Islam. Either the moderate form of islam will have to stand with the Western world, or islam as we know it may never survive.

Ask yourself why killing people who do not believe in your type of religion is the right thing to do. Why are my beliefs less than yours ? Why would a "God" allow death to occur from the hands of the people he created ? If all your believers were to line up and blow themselves up in the name of "ALLAH" who would be left to believe? The justification to kill innocent people is never justified at all. Anger is in the mind of the one that is angered. A true God does not need anger or hatred or revenge. I reach out my Christian hand to my Muslim brother , will you shake it or cut it off?

I am a Democrat and if you are putting Democrats down then I resent it. The Republicans have caused the problems in Iraq. Why don't you stop stirring things up with questions like this one? And be kind to people as you want them to be to you.
