Increased cervical discharge?

It's clear, just wondering why there is more then usual,thanks.

Vaginal discharge will usually be clear and watery around the time of ovulation. For a few days after your period it will be dry or pasty. Then it will get wetter but still thick and gooey. Finally around ovulation time it thins out and becomes clear and slippery making a good environment for sperm to move in. This usually happens 10-15 days before your period and your at your most fertile during this time! So be careful. The increased amount should be normal, you may just be having a higher hormone month that's all. However, be concerned and call your doctor if you notice a foul odor along with yellow tinging, or any itching or burning. Otherwise just a lot of clear odorless discharge is normal. If you do not get your period on time though, you need to take a pregnancy test which may explain the excess hormone surge.

There may be more than usual because you are getting close to your period or you might be wearing a different underwear that doesn't "soak" it in like other types. It all depends on what the underwear is made of.

I'd say it is most likely due to hormonal factors or stress, although there are a million reasons why you are experiencing an increase in discharge.

Ovulation, stress, pms, your body excreting more than normal... I wouldn't be too worried unless it smells weird or becomes painful.
