I agree with the last part of the above user's answer. I believe that the intention for the war in Iraq was right and just, but the planning and execution of it sucked and was too hasty. Our citizens and soldiers are now paying the price for Bush's folly. Thanks to all that serve, U R doing a bangup job helping those poor Iraqi's.

Bush's "War on Terror" has cultivated our society into a a fearful collective, continually frightened and loathing of eachother, wondering if our next door neighbors are plotting against us.....BTW what is the terror level @ now how scared should I be???

I imagine the 3000 innocent American citizens who felt the wrath of terrorism on 9/11 knew it was real. And the families and friends left to mourn their loss knew it was real. And the Americans who still have their heads in a hole denying the reality of terrorism are weakening our nation. If you want to know who's crazy, look at those fools who are willing to blow themselves up because they believe they'll go straight to heaven and into the arms of 40 vestal virgins. It doesn't get any crazier than that!!!

The war on terror is just another excuse the government has to exploit and invade. You cannot make war against a noun. There is no such thing.
