Do they start to act irrational when they are about to go off their deep end & commit a lewd act? Are they allowed to socialize with other sex offenders? They seem to keep to themselves & act nervous in passing others on their way to their own places. They seem to drink a lot of alcohol. Are they encouraged to do this by the counselors? Serious question, as I am starting to have serious concerns regarding some of these people & the management has taken a vacation for an entire month!

I looked them up in the Meagans Law website & most have lewd & licivious acts with children under the age of 14 & oral copulation with a child under 14.

Some are sex offenders who are attracted to little children; others are sex offenders who took a pee in the alley and were seen. They're nervous, because they have become society's whipping dog and subject to public vigilantism, harassment and social ostracism.
Why don't you talk to them and see what is really going on. If you are in California, they have been listing people since 1947 so some of these men who have offenses sounding like "lewd" acts may have been teenagers themselves or barely out of their teens and had sex with a minor. Many of them could have made a one time mistake with a grand daughter or daughter 30 years ago. Or maybe they have molested dozens of kids. The Megan's List doesn't distinguish, thereby painting them all as serial child molesters. Nothing could be farther from the truth.

You are in the US, I am in Britain. Our government - bless - refused to pass a Megan's Law. But in my community, the locals put in all the window of the paedophiles home and set fire to his car.
Psychologists will tell you that these people see nothing wrong with what they do, and can never be rehabilitated.
'Do-gooders' will say that if they have served their sentence, then they should be left alone.
But look on the web for re-offending records of paedo's.
My own answer would be to let everyone in the neighbourhood know who and what they are.
But, at the end of the day, they are gonna live somewhere. Perhaps local pressure will encourage them to top themselves - the only answer for these perverts.

No they will not necessarily go off the deep end. However, be careful if they are indulging in alcohol, as with everyone else, alcohol lowers their inhibitions and the thought process.

Don't bend over to pick anything up outside. In all seriousness, if you see them with any children, call the police immediately.

You should see if they are paying attention(more then they should)to kids or younger people. If they are talk to someone that works there or go to a local police department and talk to someone there. If they haven't done anything to anyone then the police cant do anything about it.

"sex offender" now includes people who pee in a corner on the street and get caught by the police.
What sort of sex offender is it?

Don't be inviting or gullible. Attach a heavy chain to your keys for protection and don't get close to them.
