you and the guy must be in an ambiance where both of you can open up... say after a romantic dinner. then start telling your own stories and ask him cautiously to tell what stories he can share.
then listen. ask questions. listen again. ask questions contructively again. listen... soon you'll know that he is already sharing up some of his intimate stories.
