I do not think the teachers would have let him pass if he were only a C student, besides, you guys completely forgot about the whole graduation part.
By the way, thank you for proving how truly "open minded" you are. If I am not mistaken, you get your info from an older liberal or put 2 and 3 together and get -9. You chose not to listen to independents or conservatives because they merely chose a different political stance. Do not deny it, I have founf it true time and time again.

Liberals are self loathing creatures.
That explains a lot of what they do that makes no sense.
Liberals are the new fascist Nazi's.
They can't tolerate any opinion different than their's.
Look what they do to college speakers. They throw urine, pies, pull fire alarms, start fights, etc etc, to keep conservative's from speaking.
They want to pass laws to eliminate talk radio.
Liberals are intolerant, bigoted fascists, incapable of allowing free speech.
Islamicfascists have pledged to murder you and me.
Liberals want to help them.
Conservatives want to fight them.
Liberalism is ok when it is practiced.
But todays America's liberals, are not real liberals.
They are against change of all types and devoid of new idea's or solutions to problems.
Conservatives offered many new programs and initiatives the last 6 years, and liberals always fought against them, with never an original idea or solution to offer in return.
Liberals love it whan a woman murders a child that is unborn but hate it when criminals who rape, murder and commit attrocities get the death penality.
In reality the liberals of today are Stalinists and Marxists. Their belief that government is the solution to all problems and no wealth should be privately owned is what drives todays liberals.
They are also anti-American. They believe America is the worlds problem and the world would be better off without America in it.
Liberals are all for forsaking the poor weak and downtrodden if America's military is involved in keeping them alive, but insist on keeping America's poor weak and downtrodden in their miserable existance because of 'political correctness', (New Orleans and any urban city).

Bush is living proof of the old saying "It's not what you know but who you know". Ivy league schools are private institutions that receive no state funding. They exist on donations from wealthy alums and high tuition. The Bush family has donated to these schools for generations. If these schools hadn't accepted Dumbya or given him a degree, they would have kissed a lot of donations goodbye. Donations that could have bought new library books or lab equipment.
When trying to get into an Ivy League school, brains help but having the right family name and lots of bucks will take you further.

Maybe it's because money talks and BS walks, everybody loves you and wants to be around you when you have it. Those who are born with a silver spoon stuck in their mouth tend to go many places. However it doesn't always mean that they belong in those places once they get there. I've known people who have gotten a degree an still are dumber than a bag of rocks, go figure! On the other side of the coin are the people who never had the golden opportunity to go to college and they are extremely brilliant.

Last time I checked, having a powerful father and rich, influential family helped people surpass "rules" and "qualifications." Trust me, Harvard and Yale don't normally go for applicants who are C students at best, and Bush was never any better than a C student.

If you were a Bush even some one with your intellect could go to great schools like that.
Now Clinton grew up in a trailer park in Hope Ark. And went to Yale on a full scholarship, and then went on to achieve a Rhodes Scholarship to Oxford University in England. That my little Bushtard takes intelligence.

Bush was a Legacy when he was accepted at Yale, which meant that his grades and intelligence were not the issue. If one were to grade him on the impact that his decision to invade Iraq has had on America, one could indeed come to the conclusion that he was stupid, or at best misinformed.
