The regime committing the genocide or other atrocities feel that they are right and justified in committing such acts because they "unilaterally" make their decisions w/o counsel from their allys, neighbors, or even their own people.

It's easy to think that you're right when you ignore everybody telling you your wrong!

Americans are not capable of genocide or have they ever been. It is the govenments that stray from the true American values. I don't really think that you will ever find another people as generous AND charitable as the Americans.

Well, the liberals really don't care what happens to the Jews, or Conservative Catholics, or anyone else who doesn't agree with them. Conservatives (like Bush, yes Bush) are trying to stop such senseless killings. For a more direct answer, only a small percent of Americans actually want a geneocide which are pretty much hate groups. There are far to many to name here.

They have plenty of firepower so I guess they can do just that. It is easy to pray that jesus will forgive the sinners, then go out and shoot or bomb a whole lot of people you consider to be worthless and then come back and have some dinner.

It took me a while to figure out who you were talking about sad since I'm part native american. We are not the only ones with a bad past my friend everyone has their skeletons.
