He's actually a producer. He produces himself, the Yin Yang Twins, Pitbull, East Side Boyz, Youngbloodz, and a lot of other artists.

Of course he raps. Why would anyone put out albums of themselves screaming? And who in their right mind would buy them? Yeah and he's a music producer.

he's a rapper and producer and also the king of krunk so him screaming in the mic is him gettin' it krunk
