I love this name. I also have never met an Ava in my life. I did try for a long time to deny the fact that I love it due to increasing negativity on here surrounding its popularity but, I cant anymore. I love the names I love and theres nothing I can do about that. Its a gorgeous name. Its traditional, classic & beautiful. It just provokes images of elegance & class. It is pretty popular in the celebrity world though. And the only actress Im aware of with this name is the gorgeous Ava Gardner, a popular actress from the 50's. While its not popular in my area, its certainly not unique or different, but it is stunning. And it will transition beautifully through all stages of life. Some Ava combos I have on my list: Ava Sophia Ava Charlotte Ava Raquel Ava Monroe- Two beautiful actresses from the 50's Ava Jasmine Ava Giana Ava Bella

I haven't heard the song but if the previous answer is correct, could it be Babybird? They sang "You're Gorgeous"

It was a ghastly, tuneless, uninspiring piece of drivel the first time round and it hasn't improved.
