I want to make it clear that I am not against the objective purpose set by UNICEF. It is a noble cause providing long-term humanitarian and developmental assistance to children and mothers in developing countries. However, I feel that the posted questions go against the rules of Yahoo Answers, in that it is promoting an agenda, product or service. In short SPAM.

No idea.. I think most celebrities do that just for their image, to make themselves look better in front of people. There are probably some who truly care (like anyone out there) but I don't think they would be flaunting it.. they'd be out there doing something (fully involved) and they wouldn't care if the press was there or not. I don't like the celebrities who do charity events and invite the press and take pictures with the less fortunate and exploit them just to further their reputation or repair it.
