Never without a reason. Mainly people who fail to actually read the whole question and comprehend it before answering with something lame or derogatory that does not even pertain to the matter at hand.

no all the thumbs down i put are for a reason. although it seems like some people go through and put a thumbs down on everbody answers except theirs.
