No written constitution, or a constitution that gets ignored on a regular basis? Because if it's the latter, the answer is the US until 2008.

Israel would be a nation without a constitution. As long as the UK continues to bow to a queen it is not a democracy so it does not need a constitution. The Queen can dissolve Parliament any time it the mood strikes her. And as long as the UK holds Northern Ireland as an occupied territory it will never be a great nation.

The nation of Israel has no formal, written constitution. There are some who will say the UK does not have a written constitution, but that is incorrect. It is an uncodified constituion, but it is written.

UK has no constitution. Doesnt need one. Been doing fine for a thpusand years so we will do fine for another. Constitution seem a little pointless.

We do have a Magna Carte though, do you?

The United Kingdom but its not republic. Israel is a racial democracy laws serve only Zionist Jews. Its called the Jewish state.
