There were girl scouts (or something similar) at Richies house. No one was home except for his brother (who was afraid of the sun). So the brother dashed outside (with a plastic toy sword that chased the girls away), picked up the boxes, and ran back inside. NOTE: He was screaming like crazy the whole time.

How about the scene in Blazing Saddles where Clevon Little rides into town as the new sheriff of Rock Ridge.
A hand appears out of nowhere and pulls up the welcome sign once they realize he is black.. Then as the sheriff "whips out his speech" everyone starts loading their six shooters and rifles readying to shoot him dead....only to be undercut by Clevon taking himself hostage in order to gain the sympathy of the town folk and make his getaway!
Classic!

At the end of Naked Gun when everyone is congratulating themselves on a job well done. Drebin pats Oj Simpsons wheelbound character on the back and causes him to roll down the steps of the stadium.
Simple slapstick yet hilarious.

romy and michelle ripping on pretty woman or dancing in the club, the looney toons inspired chase in kung fu hustle, jan talking to her counselor in a very brady sequel and her daughters arguing "it's always moesha, moesha, moesha" , lynda carter as principle powers in sky high dressing down the bad guys " i don't know what else i can do, who do you think i am, wonder woman" ( i know only funny to people who grew up in the 70s!)
