Legally wrong: if you live in the USA then it is not legal to have a sexual relationship with your sister...in any state.
Morally wrong: i think so, but only you can decide what is morally wrong for you.

You can do whatever you want to, if it's fun and make you happy.
The moral rules : as long as it's not hurt anyone. If you have a lesbian relationship with your sister, it will hurt your parents. So it's morally wrong.

I try to stay opened minded in every aspect of my life and relationships but I draw the line when it comes to incest.
I'm sorry but I believe that it is morally wrong no matter what regardless if you're step siblings or blood.

It may be morally wrong, but if it's enjoyable to both of you to do this i say Go For it. It's not like you are going to create children with your love making so i don't see anything wrong with making love to each other. Wish my sister was more open to this i'd like to try it with her.

im usually an open minded person, but no it's not something i would do, the thought of doing anything beyond a hug and a kiss on the cheek to any relative of mine grosses me out
