By live show, I assume you mean the drama, I watched it all on youtube.com. But you have to search for it under the searchwords, "Mars Ep". Everybody divides their episodes different. But the one I watched had 21 episodes. There is no anime to MARS. But there is a manga series. There are 15 volumes in the manga series. There is an additional volume before the series called "Horse with No name"
