not a very good question (its illeagal to create iso's (a disk on no cd) but you can modify whatever system you have, except the xbox 360, and just google it and it should say how to , it cost money for modchip and it voids your warranty if you do it

u can play nfs with out cd ,by installing a virtual drive making software. it makes a virtual of fake cd rom in your pc. then copy the game & mount the image on it . And play the game.

It depends on which game system you are using. You may need to softmod it if it is an xbox, or somthing else if it is not an xbox.
