Sometimes U Get Butterflies Just When Ur Nervous & It Has Nothing 2 Do With U Liking Someone...etc...But Lots Of Times It's Cuz U Have Feelings 4 Someone & Ur Just Shy.

its starts in the head, and ends in the stomach. hehe enjoy it while you have it! oh! and having butteflies in your stomach can make you really clumsy! be careful when multitasking with butterflies in your stomach!
oh. and if you talking about the techinical side of why that is...
oxytocin is a hormone that causes one to feel that they are in love. this hormone activated for the purpose of bonding and maintaining relationships. probably at your age (i'm assuming young) you inexperienced and have not yet had enough time to deal with having butterflies in your stomach. or that guy is really really cute...
