Well he's in it for the new series #3.He said he wanted to be in Doctor Who for as long as the producers wanted him.the show is usually commissioned after the series ends each year.So we'll have to wait til this time next to see how long he lasts! I hope he stays tho - he's much better than Eccleston was.

i have a feeling he will say that this new series will be his last and the excuse will be Dr Who regenerates and it is now time for new face but I am sure Dr Who can only have so many regenerations and it is the end!!!!!!!! I hope it is never a woman as that will just ruin it and I always thought the man who played Nigel in eastenders and is now in Holby would have been a perfect Dr Woh when he was in eastenders he could still pull it off he reminds me of Tom Baker who I loved as Dr Who.

Oh, I hope he does more than just one more! He is a fantastic doctor! I was sad to see Billie Piper go too. I'm in the US so we're a series behind. I hope I like the new companion.
