i have cingular as a carrier for my cell phone and am sick of my cell phone however i have to be with them for another year before i can upgrade to a neater phone... can i just get on off ebay that works with cingualr and put my sim card in there? will it work?

Yea as long as you have a sim card, any phone that takes a sim should work.

yea. it's easiest if it was originally a Cingular phone. but sometimes you can get it unlocked if it is based on a sim card.

Yes, as long as its a Cingular phone. For any other phone you will have to go to a Cingular store and have them unlock it for you with a code.

You can get a new phone any time you want and I'm pretty sure thats all it takes, putting the card in the new phone.
