Every computer needs some regular maintenance. If you do once a month, your PC will work at peak.
Go to Accessories then to "System Tools" and click on disk Clean. This will clean your hard drive, all temp files etc.
Then go to "Disk defragmenter" this will remove all fragmented files area and systematically place all your files and folders, which in turn freeup disk space.
There are some processes running on your computer in the background. This you can check by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del keys together. Popup window will open that is "Windows Task Manager". Click on "Processes" tab. Check and remove unwanted programs. Make sure what you are removing, if you don't know, open yahoo or google or what ever your web engine, and search for that file name, type the same name which is on your processes list. It will tell you the importance of that file and suggestion. If it's adware or unwanted file remove it.
Once you do all this. Your PC will be perfact.
NOTE: If you are doing all this for the first time, it will take hours to complete the tasks.
