Drunk drivers will usually be caught but not terrorists.Terrorists attack when least expected and they cause terrible destruction,loss of human life,agony and mental shock .I live in Bombay/India

Drunk drivers would be my answer, because for the most part, people are ignorant. They know what drinking and driving can do, yet they still do it. I guess people seem to all think they are immune to the effects of alcohol, which is sad. To think your body is more than human, and you can drive no matter how drunk you are or get.
It's quite selfish really, and something that people who manage to survive their drunkeness should be executed for doing so. I unfortunately have to work on Super Bowl sunday. not mad cause I won't get to see the game, just have to drive to work with all the drunk people who may be drunk on my way.
Luckily I won't be leaving work till 6am, so hopefully they'll all have already been out and hopefully caught and locked up. what amazes me is how after people get caught, get their dwi, they still drive their car around, somehow thinking they won't be recaught.
I think drunk drivers that are cauight should be like registered sex offenders, they should have their information publicly announced, their make of their car and license number revealed on the news, that way if they're spotted by someone driving around, those people can call the cops and have them in even deeper trouble, not that that would do any good, maybe it would get people to think more.
Terrorists are just terrorists, they will do what they do, not much you can really do about them.

More people are afraid of terrorism than drunk drivers because of the things that happened on 9-11. It has scared the crap out of them...

I'm more scared of animal abusers. Those are the future terrorists, murderers, domestic abusers, child abusers, etc.
