I don't know. But, it makes me Sick. Sick at heart. It hurts me down to the marrow of my bones to know that children are hurting. And I don't know what to do about it. I don't have a clue. Suggestions? I'm all ears. summerfest_01@yahoo.com Email me and we can discuss it. If you only knew.

It's the government -- it's long over due for a complete makeover. Unfortunately, things happen at snail pace over there.
