Yes he still is, and his books are still relevant in todays management practices. The reason why is because, today management techniques and learnings are still based on his concept. A lot of Professors, Like Pandey, Financial Management; Van Horne; Financial management and Practice, are still making emphasis on his work.

Note that he is the Father of scientific management, and there is no how management and globalisation will be completely discursed without refering to his work.
