i think icse is tougher than cbse especially science... though cbse book is fatter it is much better than icse

ICSE is pretty tough & CBSE is very much easy. But if u r intelligent then what CBSE & what ISCE? Every syllabus is gud 4 u. And if U R very much intelligent then chose ICSE.

In my opinion it's ICSE as it has vast and unending syllabus which makes a student loose his cool.Whereas,CBSE student enjoys a small and to the point syllabus.

In my view ICSE is tougher but CBSE syllabus is much better then ICSE syllabus...

well, i'd say icse is tougher, cos it goes into a lot of details
cbse prefers to teach the most practical, useful part of the topic, but leaves the details out
i's give a thumbs-up to cbse
PS: if u wanna go for AIEEE or IITJEE, cbse is the best!

Are you parent or Student?
If you are students than both syllabus is tough.
If you are parents than both syllabus will cost for you children same. For both syllabus your child need tuition if he didn't understand teacher's lecture.
