in this sentence, i want to know whether 'is' is a right grammar or not.

I would say 'has' improved.

For proper English grammar, use the word "has". However, the meaning is still the same if you use "is", and most people will understand what you're trying to say.

You got through something. That puts it in the past. Therefore your English also improved in the past. Ergo, "your English HAS improved" Maybe you want to say "your english is improving"

the right work would be "has".

Yes - "is" is correct? Although you question is not:"Is this question correct?" would be right... :)
