What in the world is 'bi-genitalia'? Are you referring to intersex genitals (i.e. having male and female physical sex characteristics)?
Homosexuality is about who you are attracted to, not what genitalia you happen to have.

Are you really so stupid as to not understand that gender and sexual orientation are two completely different things? Or are you asking this question even though you know the answer just ot get people pissed off?
Sexual orientation (homosexuality, bisexuality, heterosexuality) describes what gender you are attracted to. It has nothing to do with genitalia formation.

seriously genetics involves every molecule and part of your body...sorta like saying why aren't all blondes blue-eyed...well just because that's the way it is.
AND homosexuality happens in your head--not in your genitals.
