most energy pills contain sopme sort of speeder such as ephedra or something of that nature so they speed up your heart rate & hence give you energy & per apst experience w other energy pills they can cause rapid heart beat & also chest pain, you probably should have only taken one to start with & you shoul dbe sure to read in full the warning/direction label on the package as they usually warn of such things...you should be fine jsut avoid any activities that will strain your heart or cause increased heart rate untill the pills have worn off to avoid possible complications....best of luck
