Yes, there are people who get married on cliffs and beaches and parks that wear wedding dresses and the groom wears a tux or suit or whatever too. : )

My brother got married in a court house and his wife wore a wedding dress, and all the other couples that were there wore wedding dresses too. They have a little chapel and its actually cuter than you think.

Absolutely!
It's your wedding day so wear a wedding dress if you are the bride.
It's not a great idea for the groom to wear one.
