Associate.
Put what you need to remember in a list form, and daisy-chain them together. Use humor or a sense of the dramatic if you need to.
An alternative way is to imagine you're going through your house, and put in a fact/set of facts that you need to remember, and link things that way. Again, use humor or drama.
It took me 5 mins to remember a list of 100 random items this way when I was a teenager and learning this, and I can still remember the list 10 years later!
PS. don't just use images. Associate sounds and movements if you need to.

Play a seek and hunt game like mystery case files or hidden titanic. it seems silly but you get a list of things you need to look for and you have to go find them. practice made me a whiz at the grocery store, i called my hubby and asked him what was on our grocery list and he rattled off about 10 things and from playing that game i was able to memorize what i needed and go get it.
Also flash cards are great.

Take a small portion of what you want to memorize, repeat it in your head seven times, move onto the next portion, repeat.

the best way to improve is first you should listen, see and watch whatever you want to remember very carefully.
i will tell you a simple exercise
watch all the things in a room then go to another room and try to write it down.
like that listen a song and try to remember the words
best of luck
work hard

you could go for a brain transplant, or...
you could improve your eating habits, sleep more, exercise etc.
you could also go for phycological tests to check if there is anything wrong with your brain.
