you can use data cable link or bluetooth... or a card reader. it also has infrared or you can download from the internet.

generally any of the newer phones are pc compatible. you just get a cord from best buy or one of those places- USB to whatever ( i know motorola is mini-usb) and transfer files on the computer. the phone acts as an external storage device

if you got a cable with your phone, plug it in to a usb port and allow windows to find your phone.
once its found, its easy to use, just like hooking up another harddrive or copying to acd or disk.
highlight and copy the files you want and paste them into the directory e.g, ringtones or mymusic etc on your phone,
if you dont have a cable, you can buy one but often theyre pretty expensive, otherwise download them onto someone elses phone and bluetooth them to yours
