politics has taken the better of this country . dirty poliitians are taking our country over and making it hollow from inside. they take most of the money that they take from the janta and use it for their own welfare. what should we do to stop this?

If the politicians are dirty it is because the society itself is dirty barring some exceptions.
We must shun bribe.Both accepting and more importantly giving.As long as people are there to give who will stop accepting it.
In order not to give bribe YOU must be prepared not to expect any out of turn favour from anybody and for any cause.If at least some of us make a start the rest will follow gradually.

Exercise your right to vote. Do some research and find out who has a good track record (Dem or Rep). My personal approach is simple, I voted against all incumbents.
I believe that when people stop voting party line politicians will learn that they can no longer hold their constituency by party tag alone. In this last election the majority of normal people, Republican and Democrat alike voted the Republicans out and put in the Democrats. If the Democrats get nothing done, I will encourage everybody I know to vote them out and put the Republicans back in.
Keep doing this and soon enough the politicians will get the message that we the people do not care about your party. We do not care if you are a liberal or a conservative. Nobody is doing anything, and anybody not doing something to forward this nation will get a swift boot from the voters out of Washington D.C.
Career politicians will learn that in order to keep their careers, they will need to actually do their jobs and do it right. Anything less will result in their swift eviction.

We need to get real, genuine conservatives into office. The Republicans have failed, and of course every sensible person knows the Democrats are by far the worst of all.
President Bush hasn't done badly in a lot of areas. The economy is strong right now, but that will change with those sicko Dems in their manipulating the moronic minimum wage and then following it up by plundering the people through tax raises.

As previous ans. election commission should make some action for eligibility to take part in elections. And we all should use our vote first. we find always poor voting in every elections. only 30% people are involve in election. more then 50% of voters are from uneducated. So when all of us make our govt. are responsible for it. Voting is not only our right but it is our responsibility.
