Headache after masturbration?

I keep getting these really bad headaches after...i dont relly know for what reason.

see a neurologist asap. this happened to me once or twice in my twenties and thirties. my doctor told me i was having too frequent sex and that when these headaches occur (migraine, in nature) i should abstain from sex for at least 4-5 days.
needless to say, i didn't like this advice, but i followed it for 3 days. that same day i tested the water solo. no pain.
it gives the body a chance to rest and regroup before putting the buddy to work again.
