Well, this answer will be in USD. Start with a AMD Athlon 3800+X2 Dual core processor and 1GB of Corsair memory combo deal from newegg.com.

As far as the mobo goes, an ASUS AM2 is the best bet. They are very stable. Here's a micro-ATX, small but it does have onboard video, or you can use the 16X PCI-e slot for a video card. It will hold up to 4GB of DDR2 RAM.

Now for the video card, A 256MB card should get you to the low-mid gamer end that you are looking for. Try this ASUS 256M 16X PCI-e card.

Total in USD $498.09 including shipping to US destination. If "RS" is Indian Rupee that's about $680.00 USD for your budget. We're within your budget.

I am in Dubai so prices are of Gulf.
Motherboard Intel Original 965 - Dhs 300 (Irs-3600)
Processor - Intel 6400 Core 2 duo - Dhs 880 (Irs-10600)
RAM 1GB DDR2 - Dhs 345 (Irs-4200)
VGA Card 7300GT - Dhs 650 (Irs-7800)
This motherboard has built-in graphic card. But if you want to add additional go for above one.

if u ask me,
i'd choose to add another 512 ram, and replace ur VGA card with a 7600 (with the ram, that'll be one mutha).
if i had extra cash on me, i'd replace the processor with a 3 Ghz or sumthin.

btw, my card is a 5200, so i knw wat ur going thru lol
