Isn't it a waste of time to convict a man for a simple kiss?

It could have been a misunderstanding or mutual. Surely, the courts should be freed up for real crimes of exploitation and harassment against women.

Well, it happened in Jerusalim, not America. Maybe their laws over there are more harsh than ours! A kiss would not land someone in jail in USA.
