Well yes. Although it really doesn't matter when you have sex if everything is fine in both of you but the chances of the morning sperm are more because after resting the motility of the sperm increases. I've read that also the sperm count increases in the morning and stress and tireness does effect the sperm

Having sex at night has actually been shown to be successful in some studies. Some think that this is because mom can stay in a lying down position for an extended period after sex when she can just go to sleep. Sperm lives for 48-72 hours after sex so worrying about what time of day is probably not going to matter much.

Any time of day would work well though. As you probably know, several other factors come in to play regarding the timing of your cycle and ovulation. The time of day is really a very small part of the equation.

Timing and technique is each and every thing. you want to have sex once you're ovulating. you should use the basal temperature technique or purchase an ovulation kit from the shop. For technique, the girl should be laying down on her decrease back with a pillow below her butt to develop her vagina above her cervix. even as the guy ejaculates might want to objective to attain this even as he's completely penetrated. After ejaculation, the girl might want to lay nevertheless for 20-1/2-hour so the sperm does no longer leak out.

The reason that you have heard that it is better to have sex in the morning when TTC is because men's sperm count is slightly higher in the morning than at night. However if his sperm is healthy this small difference won't matter anyway and you should be able to get pregnant at anytime of day! Hope this helps, Good luck and baby dust!

Anytime can work. I have read that sex in the morning and afternoon works for couples on the day of ovulation since most woman ovulate in the afternoon like 4ish. Sperm can survive for about 48 hours in fertile cervical mucus but if you are having issues with sperm immobility or their survival rate, they suggest morning and afternoon since it will put fresh sperm in you closest to ovualtion. Good luck and enjoy your baby making mombo.

One suggestion (that I think helped us get pregnant) was after your husband ejaculates, put a pillow under your butt and elevate your legs for 20 minutes--this helps keep the semen from leaking out--when I started to do that we got pregnant pretty quick!! I don't think it matters what time of day you have sex--we did it at different times. Good luck!!
