We are talking about Racism & other issues, but gov.ploices it self have diffrences in cast.I am a roman chatolic even our church dn't tolerate cast system. but same people {lower cast} want to mention his or her cast when time of apllying for gov. job . WHY?

because they are socially backward. thire study quality is poor so they have no talent to face competitions for job.

Undue benefit in the name of upliftment of poor (!) are being given. Politicians exploit the situation by increasing their vote banks.Caste ism divides people so the power of peole will decrease and that is the sole motto of the "system".

actually in India about more than half of the population belong to SC or st class
so they r given preference
and what i think quota should be made for general class
i m not a SC but have surveyed in my own area where i live and i found most of them were SC but due to dere discrimination dey donot exposure their caste
so its simple but i think as a responsible and gud citizen of India we should not fight behind this issue
and who has tel u dat dey r given more preference in govt job
u know dere is only 1 SC supreme coUrt judge
and others r in general
so its ur wrong intention dat dey r given quota and extra benefit
where dey deserve they get it
but i think govt should luk forward in dis case bcoz its causing disunity among Indians only

Bcz in Modern Times they(SC/ST/OBC's) have become beggars like we Brahmins used to be in the Past begging for alms from house to house.The only differnece is that SC/ST's are begging from one goverment to another government.
