A bubble bath normally relaxes me. But I do love to scrapbook, paint or read a great novel!

Gymnastics routines in my back yard. It helps me get out anger or just get rid of a bad day(I'm 13) !!.For relaxing I swim or in the winter fill a bath tub all the way up and go under as if i was swimming. Or listen to music... my favorite song as loud as possible!!!! all good stress reliefs ....well for me anyway!!

Well I have two outlets that help me much more than my shrink, I play First person shooter games on my PS2, and if that isn't enough I paint, I love to paint miniatures, right now I am working on a few charcoal sketches my Uncle did, I am painting them on Chicken Eggs, yeppers you read that right EGGS.....

Hot bath, have a nap, drink one hot chocolate, killing some people on Counter Strike, answering questions on YAHOO, getting out with friends, clubbing, a ride with my new bike, a walk on Danube's side.

i sometimes go to the gym, to release the anger frustration. take walks to relax. and then at the end of the night read a comforting book. or sometimes you can read the bible.

Go for a walk if I can or long showers can be nice or sometimes a nice cup of herbal tea.
