I have a feeling that this question was asked more for the shock effect than legitimacy. However if you are truely starving and you only have two cats, animals were put on the earth by God for us to eat. I don't think it's something that should be common practice but if it's a matter of death from starvation or eating a cat, I would eat the cat. In our society there is always another way of finding something to eat. Go to a food bank, ask a neighbour etc. It's not necessary in the society that we live in.

Is there any other food in the house? Consider that before eating a cat. If all you have available is a cat or two, then pick out the fatter of the two. Cook it like you would a lobster. Microwaving live animals can cause explosions of said animals.

Go outside dig some worms, and walk to the local fishing hole throw the worms in and when the fish come grab them.
