Ok, generally if your ticket is WHITE you have yourself a 20NT (for a scooter) (40 NT if you are a car) charge per hour for parking in a monitored area (generally on busy shopping street locations near open air markets.)

Those you can pay at 7-11. Thats easy.

If it is pink or white and expensive numbers are written on it then you need to find the motor vehicles office. I never have gotten one of those- usually if you are in a bad spot they just tow you and dispense with warnings.

a good site to check if you are in deep trouble and how much you owe is:

parking fee management office (Dept of Transport)
http://www.tcgpmo.nat.gov.tw/index.php?act=query&lang=en&parking_sessid=c583025ef3f0ea0655bd7fe8adb7f5dc

http://english.taipei.gov.tw/dot/index.jsp?recordid=1460
for other important info if that didnt help you above.

What city are you in? You should go to the motor vehicle branch in your city and ask.
Unless you are talking about those 20nt parking tickets. If so, you can pay them at most convenience stores, except 7-11. If you still can't find out and you live in Taichung, you can contact me and I will check it for you.
Good Luck

Boy, are you in trouble.

Couple of years ago, there were booths set up in the streets where you could pay. Maybe it's still that way. BUT.... if you don't pay immediately, the fine really jumps.

Sorry.
