TELL HIM THAT QUITTING SMOKING IS FREE AND MUCH HEALTHIER. ESPECIALLY IF HE IS IN THE MILITARY, HE NEEDS TO BE IN THE BEST SHAPE HE CAN BE.
And please don't yell at me, I get scared.

on base around Fairbanks it will cost $4. 30 per pack and $43 a carton

AK tax is $1.60 a pack which would come to about $50 a carton.
