A rather simple answer: Only if we stop warring and allocate the funds to help the poor. So far the Iraq war has cost Americans about half a trillion dollars. Now if you add to that the cost to the other members of the coallition you have a sizeble amount of funds and a damn good start.

No.. Because even with the donations, the corporations keep most of the monies to themselves a "operational fees"
