the symbol < means " less than".

the symbol > means greater than

Example 3 < 6 , 3 is less than 6.

< is supposed to refer to icecream cone while 3 is supposed to be the actuall icecream so when <+3 = <3 you have yourself tasty treat...too bad its not real :( . so with the answer given above ill let you figure out what the extra 3 is on the icecream cone
